MAIN APPLICATION: Electronic Ballasts

CONSTRUCTION: Film / foil inductive type construction with aluminum foil as electrode and low loss polypropylene film as dielectric, impregnated and coated with epoxy resin.

MAX TEMP RATING : 85 C

CAPACITANCE VALUE: 0.0022 F ~ 0.0068

RATED VOLTAGE (DC):- 1250 VDC 1600 VDC

CAPACITANCE TOLERANCE: 5%, 10%.

VOLTAGE PROOF: Between terminals: 1.6 x  Rated Voltage for 2 seconds.

TAN : 0.05 % at 1 KHz

Insulation resistance: IR 50000 M at 500 VDC
after 1 minute.

LIFE TEST CONDITIONS: (Loading at elevated temperature) :

Loaded at 1.5 times of rated DC voltage at 85 C. for 1000 hours.

After the test: c/c: 5% of initial value

Change in Tan : 0.001 or 1.2 times the value measured before the test, whichever is higher.

Insulation resistance: 50% of the value.

LIFE TEST CONDITIONS: (Loading at elevated temperature)

Loaded at 1.5 times of rated voltage at 85 C 1000 hours.
